Welcome To The Possum hands circus
Entry 1-
You are here. We all end up here at some point, or were we always here to begin with?
The “fun” never ends. The colorful lights and cheering mechanical whines never stop. The performances and food never run out. The woods surrounding us seem most endless of all. But you learn to fall in line. You learn to find your place in the circus, to entertain the audience.
Entry 2-
If you were to enter The Carnival, you would never exactly reach the end of it, only be gently directed back to the entrance you came through. While you may see repeated attractions or the same sign once or twice, it will never be exactly the same. Some food vendors appear up to a dozen times on the grounds, and on a good night, there are more than a dozen ferris wheels. It is hard to place a map key over something that never stops moving. Something that is transforming each night.
Entry 3-
The other guests would not interact with you in any capacity other than friendly passing nods. They appear in as many different sizes and shapes as the carnival staff themselves.Pale, sun bleached skulls sit atop soft, well dressed bodies. The carnival goers ‘arrive’ right at dusk, just when the carnival opens. Where they go in the daylight is a mystery to all.
They don’t have anywhere to go, they don’t know anywhere else. Cheer when good things happen, boo when bad things happen. Play the games, buy the food. Carnival goers have their mission in life, and it is to enjoy themselves.
This is a rather cooperative carnival goer, who is known to make small talk with carnival staff. She is suspected to have been a guest here since before many of the staff were alive. She has answered many of the questions you will see in these entries.
The Circus is my original world that I have slowly been developing for years. What you can see in my ‘circus blog’ has all been handmade by me, and most of it has been kept in the hopes that I can have a gallery show when the circus is “complete”.
The circus is my baby, the project I’ve been working on almost my whole life. One day I hope you can come to this website and see a video game, short stories, animations, and so much more. I can’t wait to share my little world with you <3
